faroprecisionlab.com is operated by FARO Precision Lab, a registered business in the Republic of Korea (503 & 504, 32, Suji-ro 342beon-gil, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea). You can reach us at founders@faroprecisionlab.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement. Protocol 01 ships within the United States only.
Our products are cosmetics — formulated to care for the appearance and feel of skin — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is not medical advice. If you have a persistent skin concern, see a dermatologist. As with any new skincare product, we recommend a patch test before first full use.
Pre-order timing, charging, delays, and cancellation are governed by our Shipping & Pre-Order Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are part of these terms. Founder numbers are assigned by reservation sequence and confirmed at fulfillment. If you cancel before shipment, your number is released.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Pricing does not change during the drop, and we don't run sales. If a listing ever contains a genuine error (price, description, availability), we may cancel affected orders and will refund them in full immediately.
If you tag @faroprecisionlab, mention FARO, or reply to our emails with feedback or photos, you grant us permission to reshare that content — credited to your handle or, for Perial Panel quotes, to your founder number only — on our site, social channels, and emails. This permission is revocable: email us and we'll remove it. We never publish your full name from Panel responses.
Everything we publish — copy, photography, the Ritual Guide, the Perial Protocol, product design — belongs to FARO Precision Lab. Personal, non-commercial sharing with attribution is welcome; commercial use requires written permission.
Don't scrape the site at abusive volume, attempt to interfere with the store's operation, or place orders with someone else's payment details. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent, with a full refund where payment was taken.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the site and products are provided as described, without warranties beyond those stated in our policies; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you and doesn't allow us to change — including the laws of the U.S. state where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence apply instead.
If we update these terms, the date above changes and material updates are announced by email to active pre-order customers. The version in force when you placed your order governs that order.
