The short version: Protocol 01 is a pre-order. You're charged at checkout, that payment reserves a numbered unit from the first batch of 3,000, and your kit ships in September 2026 from our warehouse in California. You can cancel any time before it ships — one email, full refund. If our timing ever changes, you hear it from us first, with a refund option attached.
When you're charged. At checkout. That payment is what reserves your numbered unit from the first production batch — we only produce what founders reserve.
When it ships. Estimated shipping: September 2026. Your serum is filled and finished at Kolmar Korea, then dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse in California. Founders Circle orders (the first 300 numbers) leave in the first wave.
Between now and then. You'll receive a short Batch Report by email every week — photos from the production line, honest status, no selling. You'll always know exactly where your serum is.
If the timeline shifts. We email you immediately with what happened, the new estimated date, and two working options: keep your reservation, or take a full refund. If a delay ever exceeds 30 days and you haven't told us to hold your place, we refund you automatically.
Email a photo to founders@faroprecisionlab.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement from the same batch, or refund you in full — your choice, shipping on us.
