The short version: Before your order ships, you can cancel any time for a full refund — one email, no questions, no forms. After delivery, anything damaged or defective is on us, and unopened kits have 30 days.
Before your order ships

Cancel any time, for any reason. Reply to any FARO email, or write to founders@faroprecisionlab.com with your order number.

Full refund — every dollar, shipping included. Back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This is the deal we advertise, and it's the whole deal: the risk of a pre-order sits with us, not you.
After delivery

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it from the same batch or refund you in full — your choice, shipping on us. You won't need to mail anything back unless we ask.

Unopened. Changed your mind? Sealed, unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is on you.

Opened. A serum can't be resold once the seal breaks, so opened bottles aren't returnable. That said — if something about your order genuinely went wrong, write to us anyway. Founders get the benefit of the doubt.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to your original payment method only, within 5–10 business days of confirmation. If a card has expired or been cancelled, your bank routes the refund to the replacement account — if anything looks stuck after 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it with the payment provider.
Exchanges
FARO makes one product, so there's nothing to exchange it for — an "exchange" is a refund plus a new reservation. If your kit arrived damaged, see above: replacement is on us.
